We at Camden Properties have ourselves dealt with the aftermath of tornados, flooding, ice storms and hurricanes. In each instance what we have discovered is the following…. without the proper documentation of post-storm damage, dealing with your loss will be more difficult than you think. You will not be able to challenge anything without proper documentation. Be prepared!! Often times areas of concern are simply forgotten or overlooked all together. I have witnessed claims adjustors taking a minimal amount of photos and notes to prepare claims. You do not want this happening to you.
